Rene’s birthday was a few days ago, and to celebrate it, we had a nice trip around Tokyo Bay in his yacht (yeah sure
). The evening was full of nice sights, lots of people in yukata and horrible-tasting beer (I didn’t drink any, but was told it sucked as hell).
We all met at Hamamatsucho station and then walked for about 10 minutes to the harbor.
Here’s the guy in person at the station. He came awfully late by the way.
For some reason, Paulo had to change into his yukata in the middle of the whole station.
Damn, I mean, there are restrooms for that you know?
Rene giving assistance to Paulo on how to wear the damn thing.
Rene: “See Paulo? and this is the traditional Japanese way to tie the obi…”
Paulo: “Man… you’re good… I would be naked right now if it weren’t for you…”
Rene: “Oh please… don’t go tempting me now”
The trip was full of beautiful night sceneries.
Paulo, Ben’s… friend, Ben and Eliza enjoying their crappy imitation of a beer.
Paulo, Ahn and Tina on the upper deck.
Same as above – Paulo + me. Just so you know, I’m really honored of being in the presence of such beautiful ladies.
The ship passing below the Rainbow Bridge.
Thiago drowning his pains in alcohol while the other guys were having fun.
Fernando (me), Eliza and Paulo.
Hey Eliza, I don’t see anything wrong with your face you know? What were you complaining about?
Rene… with a rather creepy smile.
The Rainbow Bridge in full view.
Rene and Ahn.
Tina and Rene dancing on the deck. Actually, they were the only ones who ever danced in the whole boat.
I guess Ahn’s charms got me there for a second. From where the hell did that psycho-looking face of mine came from?
Ben’s… close friend, Ben and Rene.
I guess Rene must’ve been licking Thiago or something when this picture was taken.
The sight of the city as seen from the boat on the way back.
One of those all-people-you-can-fit-in photo sessions.
More of the above.
This feels like one of those nostalgic scenes from the movies… A really twisted movie that is. Like a scene from the Love Boat.
Fear the effects of alcohol on people wearing yukata.
A mysterious sighting that was spotted when we were getting off the boat.
