Last week I went to visit the main campus of my university, The University of Tokyo (also known as Toudai, which comes from Toukyo Daigaku, it’s name in japanese), with Maite and Felipe. The campus is very interesting, is a lot bigger than the ones from panamanian universities (and also a lot cleaner), they even have Starbucks inside the campus. We started our visit from the Red Gate (akamon in japanese).
Last friday we finally acquired our new cell phones, they were very cheap, in fact, they were free, since technology here is very cheap they just give you the phone and you just end up paying for the contract. I got a Softbank’s Sharp 705SH at Sakuraya, it’s a really nice phone, it even has a built-in 2.0 Megapixels camera and many more features. 
In the night, we went to the welcome party at the International Students House, they had some really nice food, including sushi and curry. There were some presentations from the different classes they have in there,such as Go, Taekwondo, Karate and Aikido. It was very interesting indeed, some of us are planning to take the Aikido class one of these days.
After the party was finished, there was another one on the third floor so we decided to go. I kept hanging out with the brazilian guys from the lodge, they are really nice people.
